They are made in Canada and recyclable! I also have super skinny calves and these fit perfectly. Another place for waterproof coats is m and they make everything in Montreal. I have a waxed cotton coat from them that is completely waterproof, windproof, and machine-washable. Speaking from experience here! Very handy post!!
