Promotion rules This document sets out the rules for this Prize Draw. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Who may enter? You are not eligible for the Prize Draw if you are materially connected to the administration of the Prize Draw. To be entered into the Prize Draw, users must trade 5 lots or more on their real accounts using any trading instrument we provide. Users who trade 5 lots or more on real accounts between Monday to Friday are automatically entered into the Prize Draw. Users who trade more than 5 lots 10, 15 do not double or triple their chances of winning. Trades on demo accounts do not qualify users to enter into the Prize Draw. Order duration is not limited, unless it is stated in Customer Agreement. Only closed trades participate in volume counts. The Prizes and participation in the Prize Draw cannot be exchanged or transferred. Selecting the winners Each week a winner will be picked at random after the end of the North American session every Friday and before EEST every Monday from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted by 12pm every Monday. There will be one winner per week. The Promoter will try to notify the winner by email. The Promoter can replace any entrant selected as the winner if – the entrant cannot be reached by email within forty eight 48 hours of us sending an email notifying the entrant that they have won or – we reasonably believe that the entrant has broken one of these rules. Winners must claim their Prize within 7 days of being notified that they have won. After this period has elapsed, the Prize is void. Participants are only eligible to win once while the promotion is active. In the event the winner selected has won before, another winner will be drawn at random. The video below will show you how the Travel-Pro scooter works and what you can expect when its shipped if you win or order one for yourself. The Travel Pro is a 3-wheel mobility scooter capable of supporting up to lbs. Due to the supply chain issues, we did not have an option to give away any other scooter this year. If you apply for the giveaway, please be aware that the user must weigh less than lbs, or else it can and likely will be a danger to the person who uses it.
