Good Food, Good Service but it took a while to get our bill. Overall food was good but it was overpriced for what was provided. Food was good, felt a bit rushed but the service was excellent. Its a must go to if you love Brazilian Rodizio style buffet and youre in Niagara. We have a reservation and had a table that was out of view of entertainment. Waiter never came to our table until we got up and found someone after all other tables being served. Our cutlery was very dirty and inside menu was a what I assume was a chunk of butter! So much for a clean sanitized feeling! We enjoyed the variety of meats although we didnt see the lamb show up until the end and we were too full by then. The pineapple was delicious. The bottle of Canadian chardonnay seemed excessively priced in my opinion but we enjoyed nonetheless. I recommend it especially for meat lovers. However, it only came around once. The salad and seafood buffet was not well lit and difficult to see what was being afford. Nothing more to be said. The only positive was the service. They were attentive and made the experience bearable. Biggest issue was the lack of any meat being brought around the pinapple came every 5 minutes. Definitely not worth the money anymore use to be good. Maybe its the covid cost cutting. It was a great experience joining Brasa in New Year Eve. Everything was excellent! Great experience and food, the only critiques would be that we had to ask for the gentleman serving the ribeye, and it would have been nice if they had two sets of dancers. We were entering to sit down when they had already been dancing, and then they took a break. By the time they had started dancing again we were about to leave, we were there for about an hour and forty-five minutes. I have dined a number of times at Brazilian steakhouses. For that special promo price, one received some extra buffet items, but other than the shrimp it was hardly worth mentioning. They provide very little higher-end meat, most being lower grade and of more economical cuts e. Many of the meats were chewy, and some was so overcooked that it was dried out. Also, during this period of rapidly escalating COVID cases, responsible health practices were definitely lacking as regards their buffet diners literally handled the same serving utensils that hundreds of other strangers had already touched they need to look at the Mandarin for a better approach to COVID-era buffets. One can ask for gloves which were readily provided after some searching. By the way, all of the servers did wear gloves. Furthermore, dirty dishes were not replaced with clean ones part way through the meal as is standard at most Brazilian steakhouses. On the plus side, BRASA did provide live entertainment a band, singers, dancers in colourful costumes.
