The compartment holds Aprox 2 50g scoops of the protien powder I used even though the serving size is 3 scoops this is not a problem for me as I normally take 2 scoops three times a day rather that 3 scoops twice a day. I dont really understand the name of the product because this could easily lead someone to think it has a blender built in, but it doesnt.. All in all Im happy with this product.
