I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times regarding this issue, and my only options are email and live chat. I have not gotten resolution through either means. I have deleted cookies as advised, and have also attempted to access my points via both my computer and phone, and nothing has worked. At this point, I have no choice but to believe that Opentable is not interested in helping me resolve this issue because they do not want me to redeem my points. I have earned them, and feel I should not be blocked from using them by Opentable. Complaint Type Delivery Issues.
