How to get mailboxes online.
As with many online modes in modern video games, in Mass Effect: Andromeda we can buy special boxes called packs as we progress. They contain various useful items and even new characters.
To view the available packages, select Store from the menu immediately after entering online mode. The list of packages will be immediately available for purchase. There are five of them in total.
The delivery package. It contains disposable items such as a Cobra launcher, ammunition and first aid packages, as well as intensive care. In addition, it contains one random gain.
Weak enemies should be a priority. Try to get rid of them from afar so that they don't get tangled under your feet when you have to deal with more serious opponents. Don't forget to weaken shields and armor with appropriate biotic and technological abilities. Also use combinations when there are several enemies in a group.
The basic package. Contains five random items. Instead of an item, we can also find a character. There is also a small chance that you will receive an unusual item.
The extended package. It contains five random items, including one unusual one. Instead of an item, we can also find a character. A small chance to get a rare item.
An expert package. We will find five random items or characters. Rare item is a guaranteed item, low chance for an ultra rare item.
Premium pack of five random items, including a character. Two guaranteed rare class items and a higher chance of one ultra-rare class.
Packages can also be purchased with Andromeda points, which we will receive for real money.
Purchase of packages
Online credits are the main currency in multiplayer - we use them most often. The way to earn money is very simple because we get credits for playing.
The better we do in the match, the more credits we'll get. We can spend them on packages, as well as on single-use items that can be purchased separately if we want.
In the beginning, it's worth buying only basic packages. The reason is simple - this way we will quickly increase the level of weapons that can be found in packages. Each subsequent duplicate of this weapon increases its level. When the weapon reaches the tenth (maximum) level, duplicates of such a rifle or shotgun stop appearing. Then you can start buying the best packages.
