How can I get a discount on skate rentals? Are those tickets all sold out already? Those tickets are NOT sold out! Currently skate reservations are rolling out daily for dates two weeks in advance. As we get closer to the holidays, we will increase the booking window to allow guests to book their visit further in advance. I have my own skates. Can I book multiple skate sessions in a row one day? We do not allow multiple skate sessions to be booked in a row. This allows us to accommodate as many skaters as possible each day. We ask that each skater limit themselves to one time slot per person per day. If I come a few minutes after my ticket time can I still skate? Yes, at the discretion of rink staff. If I come several hours after my ticket time can I still skate? Our staff will accommodate you if possible per availability. During peak season it is very unlikely that very late arrivals can be accommodated. When is the best time to skate to avoid crowds? Does The Rink close when it rains? The Rink is generally open rain or shine. We may close The Rink for severe weather. In the event of a weather closure, customers will be notified by email, and refunded for their purchase less a processing fee. Why do you require masks on the ice? We want all our skaters, including families with small children and high-risk individuals, to feel safe skating at The Rink during the COVID pandemic. Do you have to be vaccinated to visit The Rink, the Holiday Shops, or the park in general? Proof of vaccination is not required to visit Winter Village at Bryant Park. Only enclosed, private spaces like Polar Lounge and Overlook require proof of vaccination for guests 12 years and older to enter, per city guidelines. Individual Shops may have their own mask requirements, so please heed Shops staff requests. Can I go into the Skating Pavilion with my party? Please utilize our shoe bags or Bag Check. Other non-skating adults cannot enter the pavilion without a ticket, but can enjoy the view from around The Rink. Can I skip the line? You must have a ticket to enter the Skating Pavilion.
