Chef Aa Along with Ashley our day-of point-person who repeatedly went out of her way to made sure my wife and I had what we needed through the night and the rest of their staff, they created a memorable meal that was as fun as it was delicious. Our guests also appreciated that they labeled each dish with potential allergens and accommodated everyone with dietary restrictions. Ask for a mac and cheese bar! Kim was our primary contact for our wedding at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History for catering our wedding. The options for the food were all over the spectrum from Indian dishes to classic pigs in a blanket. We ended up going with the be We had several kiddos with food allergies like tree nut and dairy. Kim was super accommodating and we are able to find something that worked for all who need something a little different. We were very up front with the maximum we wanted to spend on catering and she was incredibly flexible to help us meet our goal without compromising on the quality. When the day came, Kim and her associate Molly were super helpful setting up and coordinating guests transitions from cocktail hour to the reception. The only difficulty I had with this process was communication in the beginning. It was hard to get ahold of them for updates only because they have a large number events that are getting ready at anyone given time. Overall I would highly recommend their services based on the quality and flexibility of Kim and how beautifully our big day went because of all of their efforts! Talk about delicious! We were able to select anything from any of Zack Bruells restaurants and the food was a hit! We were able to have a variety of v Kim, the catering manager, was awesome and the staff was great.
